I got a brand new bike it was a dual suspension bike and the derailer hanger snapped first ride not happy and this is my second time this have happened on this bike no longer happy in till I get a new derailer hanger
We didn't know the size of the bike and the staff member helped us find out And they deliver that is a bonus
Website said they were open. 30 minutes drive and there's a sign on the front door that they are closed until the 12th of January. Please update your website next time. Just wasted an hour travel, plus petrol. :(
