The boys went above and beyond to make sure my awning on my van was installed to a very high standard and on time. There was problems with the awning delivery from the manufacturer, so BAW took it upon themselves to pick it up so as my van was delivered on time with 5 star service. Would recommend them to anyone.
Just wanted to recommend Amy and Brent and team for there service and professionalism. We had a lift kit, snorkel and roof rack added to our 300 series. The entire interaction was seamless and they definitely went the extra mile. It is a refreshing change in the 4WD business to have work done within timeframes alongside communication. Very unprofessional. Was about to give these guys a call for some wiring, lift and GVM etc due to the new canopy setup and see that they had some "promotional" vids on youtube......... it so happens that my canopy is on the back of a new triton and the second video I watched (a short) is an absolute bash of my chosen vehicle and the poeple that drive them. Bloody glad you gave me this good reference before I signed up. In hindsight this is great customer service. 👌
BAW did another awesome job on my Ram 1500. This time around I had the Chassis bracing done plus bigger fuel tank and I must say these guys absolutely nailed it again. My Ram has been going to them since day one of owning it for all types of mods. It will be going back again soon to get more mods done as they are the only ones I trust with my Ram. You want the best for your car then only use BAW Automotive there team is the best. Cheers Matt
