My neighbor who owns a speedometer shop in Tacoma recommended BavTek, his shop doesn’t have parts for BMW. Tomas from BavTek took care of my E46 gauges after the engine temp gauge stopped working. Tomas also identified and repaired additional issues. My gauges are working perfectly again for a reasonable price including return shipping. Thank you Tomas and BavTek, I recommend for good service, packaging and shipping.
I have a 2000 540i (e39) where a previous owner had attempted to repair pixels, but instead managed to damage 3 of the 5 gauges on the cluster. I mailed my cluster in expecting an additional charge to fix the gauges (based on the website description). The cluster was fixed and in the mail within 24 hours of delivery. No extra charge, and the gauges are perfect! Return shipping was packed well. Bavtek even added their own tamper seal to the outside of the cluster.
The DIY radio knob repair went really well. The part fit perfectly and the tutorial video was excellent! Would certainly recommend this company!!
I have a 750Li that had a bad amp. I thought i'd try to save a buck and went the ebay route to find that every ebay amp is bad, but i got lucky and came across Tomas. I bought his L7 amp repair service and shipped the amp to him. within the week I received the amp back and plugged it back in the car and everything just magically worked. I highly recommend his services. the man is a true professional
This is probably going to sound really negative but I think it is good for others to know. I sent in my E36 Head Unit and OBC for screen repair. The experience and service was really great. I chose also to do the optional Bluetooth upgrade to the head unit. I have upgraded my speakers to the Bavsound replacement speakers and have a sub. I was using an FM transmitter to the radio before.
