I have been taking my BMWs to Bavarian for over 25 years. My wife has driven a Honda Odyssey, and we have had far better experiences with Bavarian, then any local Honda dealer. The employees are not just mechanics, but enthusiasts that are passionate about these vehicles. Go to Bavarian if you want a no frills, straight forward and honest experience. I have driven BMWs for over 25 years, partially because I like the reassurance of having an affordable independent mechanic/shop that I trust. Thanks John and crew!!!
I highly recommend Bavarian West to service your BMW. John is a no nonsense guy that knows BMW's. He answers my emails, lets me know about how long it will take for the service and or maintenance request, and also provides a quote at a better price then a dealer. I would definitely recommend Bavarian West to anyone with a bmw. Very knowledgeable staff, great prices considering what they're working on, and quick turn around. I'll be back for any/all services on my 340i.
This review is from honest customer. I can't leave more gratitude for their services. They literally saved my BMW 750I after Plaza and West County BMW wanted to charge me 6 tousend in non necessary repairs. Those two places almost ruined my car. Bavarian correctly diagnosed my car and repair issue for fraction what those Id... at Plaza and West County BMW wanted, and could not even found out right issue. I will give Bavarian not 5 but 10 stars if Ican.
