A little over a year ago I purchased a 2001 Peugeot XT Auto from this dealership, and since then I have had nothing but ongoing problems. The car was sold to me with what I believe was a questionable roadworthy certificate. For example, the rear tyres were over 12 years old at the time of purchase, which should never have passed inspection. Recently purchased an 09 BMW 320d from Steven. I honestly couldn’t be happier with not just the car itself, but the customer service that came alongside. Purchased my E320 from Chris and Steve. All I have to say is WOW 🤩 Customer service 10/10, they truly give a damn about you, it’s not just about a quick sale. No pushiness, only respect and care for you as a customer. Was honestly surprised at their attention to detail, they care deeply about their own stock, making sure it’s up to their high standards. I don't normally do reviews but noticed some very strange 1 star reviews (from a jealous competitor??) and felt compelled to comment. I had a BMW from Steve a couple of months ago. His knowledge of the marque is exceptional and he could not have been more helpful. I asked him to rectify a couple of minor issues prior to completing the purchase and they were sorted without hesitation or gripe. Purchased our first car from Bavarian Werkes this week. Dealing with Steven was an absolute pleasure - no pushy sales tactics (which was a lovely change from other dealers)! Very quick turn around with all paperwork etc so we could have our new vehicle in time for the long weekend! Overall- wonderful experience.
