This is very similar to the concerns that Jay Mixx and various other customers have had with this place. The so called owner seems to think that customer service is to act in an intimidating and threatening manner if customers ask questions. This is on top of the outrageous and ridiculous prices, poor communication and not knowing if the work was done correctly!
