This is very similar to the concerns that Jay Mixx and various other customers have had with this place. The so called owner seems to think that customer service is to act in an intimidating and threatening manner if customers ask questions. This is on top of the outrageous and ridiculous prices, poor communication and not knowing if the work was done correctly! RecommendedHad a coolant line burst on my 997 Turbo and the guys at Bavarian didn’t hesitate to not only come and pick up the car from my home, but also provide detail updates and quickly get me back on the road! Was a very pleasant experience and the team really knows their stuff. Couldn’t have had a better group of gentlemen handle this massive issue and will continue to give them my business. Before I brought my car to Bavarian it had been to two shops that did their job, but just couldnt figure out the wiring issues and whatever else was going on with the car and why it wouldn't run right. I started off just bring them my harness to rewire. Later, I ended up just bring the car to them. Jeff their tech did an excellent job of diagnosing the problems with the harness and also found out I had major vaccine leaks throughout the entire system.
