Owner of 2011 Mini cooper 6speed Engine light / code P0171 - Spoke with Layla on the phone and her knowledge and customer service is outstanding! You'd think she's a Tech herself. I explained that I went to Velocity Performance in Ajax 2 times and both times they did diagnostics they came back with quotes for repairs that had nothing to do with issue.
