Excellent autoshop! Personalized approach, honest appraisals, fantastic technicians. As for Bruce, the owner, he is the one setting the standard as high as he was taught back in the day in Germany. Hard to find people coming anywhere close to this shop around. And, unfortunately, I am not talking only about car shops...

I asked the owner, Mr. Bruce Donaldson, to estimate some repairs needed to my car. He was rude and distracted, but eventually agreed to look at my car. While waiting for the diagnostics, a cleaning crew for a toxic waste dump that Mr. Donaldson left at his previous facility came in to question Mr Donaldson. He came completely unglued. I am extremely pleased with the quality work Bruce and Team performed on my 1998 540. This car was purchased new but with age things needed to be replaced and or adjusted. Bruce inspected car and made recommendations for my consideration to bring car back to excellent running condition. I was not in a hurry so I told Bruce to take his time and do the agreed work. Excellent European car repair shop! Bruce is top notch on what he is doing as well as his mechanics. I had used Bruce before when he was working at the other shop on racker blvd and was very happy then as well with the great job he did on my Audi. I thought he had left this area...but I needed my car fixed after a few years since seeing him...and ran into a very happy customer who gave me his card! Bruce is the only guy I trust with our Audi. He's knowledgable and FAIR! He had an oportunity to charge us a lot of money for a repair that was coverred under an older recall that we knew nothing about. Instead, he isolated the problem, reassembled the engine and even coordinated the repair through Audi in Montgomery. All total, we got a new top-end at no cost on a vehicle with over 100k miles. I recently had my wife's Volvo repaired at this business (front wheel bearings). I found them friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Repair cost was reasonable and done correctly. I was shown the old parts and the car had even been detailed at no additional charge. The car was ready when they said it would be and overall it was a good experience. I'm not sure what all makes they work on but I can easily recommend these folks if your European car needs repair. Service was as good or better than a large dealership.
