We had our Mini in for a check as the air conditioning wasn't working anymore. Not only is it working again but they also did a general health check of the car, making us aware of a couple of things. Our Service Advisor Jim was absolutely outstanding and we will definitely come back. If I could I'd give Jim 12 out of 10!!!
My recent visit to Bavarian Mini left me thoroughly disappointed due to the unwelcoming and unhelpful service. Upon entering the showroom, we were not greeted, and the atmosphere felt cold, despite the showroom being visibly empty of other customers. We were genuinely interested in the car that day and asked to view a vehicle. We were told to wait, which is understandable.
