Checked in late and was greeted by a cranky employee. Please make it more apparent that the office closes at midnight. Put it on the website, let people know when they reserve the room. Most hotels have late night check in. They did call at 9 pm but I was asleep in the car. Pros: nice view Cons: no 24/7 check in (they won't tell you about this when you reserve the room), overpriced dirty and outdated rooms, cranky staff, breakfast ends promptly at 9 am even on weekends
excellent view old and not well cleaned they will not offer free shuttle or let you keep car for few hours for 1 night stay.
The pool guy completely ruined the experience for my family and I’m sure a few others as well. He came in and screamed at everyone, including directly at a 3 year old girl. When confronted about this instead of apologizing he threatened to close the pool and kick us out of the hotel. This man was highly unprofessional and if I was the manager he would be reprimanded or fired immediately.
