Just got my car diagnosed and repaired at A&M and just found my new mechanic. A&M was a referral from R+R down the street cuz they don't work on BMW's. Drove over to A&M and met Armando the owner. After chatting with him a few minutes I felt comfortable with his experience and his expertise based on how familiar he was with the common issues I was facing and advised on the things to look out for with a 20+ year old car. Awful people, awful business. Very rude and untrustworthy. Your car will return worse and with more problems. DO NOT EVER COME HERE.
Still waiting for a receipt for the work done. Said he emailed it. Nope. Said he mailed it. Nope. We stopped by to pick it up and said he already emailed it. Nope. I called today for an update. No answer. Not sure I trust Armando with this lack of detail. Did he really work on my husband's car? I'll remove this review if I get the receipt. He knows who we are. (Yellow McLaren)
I took my 2012 VW Beetle in and Armando was wonderful. He knew what the problem was and worked on getting me the best price on the part. Replaced the door handle in a timely manner and I was on my way. Very happy with Armando and his team. I definitely will be returning and recommending them as well.
So we took my car there for a leak in my engine he pulled out my transmission and find the leak in my transmission puts it back together without asking me or calling me and letting me know that my transition had a leak in it as well and he said that he didn't work on transmissions but in the review it asks me what kind of work did I get and transmission was one of them but he also does machinery work that he doesn't supposedly do that but he does so my car went in sounding One Way came out sounding worse it was even worse it... read more
