Alfredo was very patient and explained every step to me. I was expecting the worst but as it turned out, their first diagnostic move revealed a simple problem and my Audi is good as new. The front desk was friendly and quick. Highly recommended.

I will tell you they are honest and they will show you EVERYTHING that you need to know. I had been taking it to Premier1 Auto and EVERY PART that was used was China (short lived and broken) Bavarian does not hide where they get their parts and they guarantee it and stand by their repairs. I will never go back to Premier1. I love my new Mini’s home and I hope Bavarian stays put and never moves!!! I tell you, they know European cars inside and out.
