Excellent people and excellent service.
Extremely high level of integrity. I had an issue with my 7er that the extended warranty company would only cover if a related part had failed. Instead of violating his convictions, Jeff refused to add additional parts to the claim just so they would authorize the repair. It is so refreshing to find a.mechanic that still believes that mechanics should be honest.
Professional and Accommodating I came into the shop a few weeks ago and got an oil change. They worked on my car right away and were very professional. They found a few problems with my 325 that could have been a disastrous in a short amount of time. They were able to fix it all quickly and for a pretty good price. I remember going to the dealer last year and i was barely able to keep my shirt.

Good work/average Would rate them average. Quality of work was above average. I was a new customer and my expectations were higher in how I was handled....not much concerned about my future business, just wanting to get the most out of this job. In specialized business', I have found this to be common.
I took my BMW there for some work and paid them close to $800 dollars. I drove less than one mile and all the same dash lights and warning lights came back on after they said they fixed it. Break sensors, belt, switches, plugs, etc. I took it back and the said they could not read the codes. I asked about a gauranty and Jeff said they don't gauranty thier work. Nowhere in the shop or on thier paper work/work order is there a statement of gauranty. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BMW TO BAVARIAN AUTO HAUS
Reply to Rob V. Try bringing fresh Ham & Eggs to your favorite Dine-in restaurant and ask them to prepare breakfast for you and see you get... NADA! Professional Automotive shops provide service AND warranty on products they provide. They were doing you a favor when you asked them to installing your "Ham & Eggs" . Bill Pearse BMW would not have entertained the request of installing YOUR "Ham & Eggs"... Let alone PAINT the Calipers. Asking for discount on top of that is/was simply rude, no matter what the $ amount was. Gary, ... read more
Unprofessional! They're nice over the phone but when you meet them they roll your eyes at you. Had a car there for service and for performance upgrades (over $3k worth) and they offered no break on price on a big job.
