Professional and Accommodating I came into the shop a few weeks ago and got an oil change. They worked on my car right away and were very professional. They found a few problems with my 325 that could have been a disastrous in a short amount of time. They were able to fix it all quickly and for a pretty good price. I remember going to the dealer last year and i was barely able to keep my shirt.
Good work/average Would rate them average. Quality of work was above average. I was a new customer and my expectations were higher in how I was handled....not much concerned about my future business, just wanting to get the most out of this job. In specialized business', I have found this to be common.

Professional Automotive shops provide service AND warranty on products they provide. They were doing you a favor when you asked them to installing your "Ham & Eggs" . Bill Pearse BMW would not have entertained the request of installing YOUR "Ham & Eggs"... Let alone PAINT the Calipers. Unprofessional! They're nice over the phone but when you meet them they roll your eyes at you. Had a car there for service and for performance upgrades (over $3k worth) and they offered no break on price on a big job.
