Very good service, Marno is a former master tech at bmw with I believe over 10 years of experience. He charges reasonable prices and is easy to deal with. I used to service with parramatta bmw (quotes to identify issues, uses apprentices and damaged the car). Service was done but battery was already dead a day after, no one checked. Formal complaint made but was asked to pay for the investigation. BMW Hornsby accepted my car from a tower without my permission.
