Had issues with the head unit and brought vehicle in. Marno was very professional and easy going. He showed care and dedication and sorted the issue. Great guy and wonderful to deal with. Great team of guys.
Highly recommend Bavaria Cars and Marno as a trusted BMW specialist. My first visit was after two BMW specialists in Artarmon — located near the main BMW service centre — quoted me over $4,500 just to examine an EGR issue on my X3 Diesel, without mentioning it might be covered under recall/warranty service. Luckily, I took my X3 to Bavaria Cars based on their higher Google reviews, and Marno quickly identified that the EGR issue was actually covered under recall/warranty — saving me thousands of dollars and a lot of stress. ... read more
Had my car serviced by Marno at Bavaria Cars and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Marno is an absolute professional—knowledgeable, honest, and clearly takes pride in his work. He took the time to explain everything in a way that actually made sense, which gave me real confidence in the service being done. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. My car is running perfectly now, and you can really feel the difference after the service. It’s not easy to find a mechanic you can genuinely trust, but Marn... read more
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been taking my cars to Bavaria Cars for a few years and honestly I won’t go anywhere else. Marno and the team have always been fantastic to deal with — upfront and honest about pricing, with prices that are always fair and no nasty surprises. The service is always quick, the staff are friendly, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers and the work they do. It’s hard to find a mechanic you can completely trust, but I’ve never had any hesitation bringing my cars here. Couldn’t recommend Bavaria ... read more
Incredible workshop. Very accomodating and great communication. I called through and let them know car is being towed in. Within hours of having car dropped off, car was looked at and I was called and made to feel easy that it will be fixed and back on road in no time. Parts were ordered same day. Car was back with me in under 24 hours from drop off. Marno has immense knowledge with BMWs. I’ll never take my car anywhere else. Can’t recommend enough
