Bahaa and Ryan have been forthright and easy to deal with. The dealership is clean and has a professional atmosphere. My experience here has demonstrated that not all dealerships deserve the poor reputation that seems to be all too common in the automotive industry.
We bought X3 sport package SUV from them. I have nothing nice to say about this place. They talked us into buying all the warrantee package possible and we bought it only to bring our car in for the windows and rims to replace. They told me save it for next year because you only have one replacement and when the time come we bring it back they said to us “sorry it was last month your warrantee expired. The rest of the warrantee is for another year” the level of scam was unreal. They keep calling and messages for us to trade ... read more

My experience with this dealership, specifically the sales staff (Mohammed and whoever the sales manager is), was incredibly negative. I was scheduled in to test drive a specific vehicle. Like I booked it in advance. On arrival, the salesperson immediately started going off on 5-6 different tangents, all of which were thinly vieled high pressure sales tactics (oh, this car won't be here long, this car isn't what you want, what other cars have you test driven - oh ours is better, etc).
