Pretty unimpressed with the experience here. Tried calling the place, not even the receptionist picked up the phone. Tried calling back and when they finally did, it was a long hold time. Went in to the dealership in person and there’s quite a few sales people just sitting around or standing around - no one seemed to want to help and the receptionist barely greeted. Absolutely wonderful experience! Deakon went above and beyond by driving the vehicle all the way from Edmonton to Grande Prairie at no extra charge. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. It was truly a pleasure doing business with him, and I highly recommend their service!
Bought a BMW X5 from them earlier this year, a "certified" pre-owned model. In less than a month, the water pump needed to be replaced as it had been failed, in the words of their own technician "quite some time". Somehow, they didn't detect the massive coolant leak in their "certified" inspection. The water pump was replaced under warranty, but their repair failed again, so it was brought to Edmonton BMW and fixed correctly. If you are looking for an M car, Erik Cislo is likely the best person to talk to in the Country. I've not met a more knowledgeable person when it comes to cars at a dealership. Zero pressure, can answer everything and is excited to help you through a special M build. He really should be training for BMW corporate. Management at the store was also very friendly and I never felt any pressure. If your going to purchase a car, I'd go here.
