I started using Bavaria Auto when my water pump failed on my 2010 BMW 335i in 2019-2020. I bought the parts and planned on installing myself. However, I did not have time and reached out to Doug to ask if could install the parts. He said he could but wouldn’t warranty the parts since he did not purchase them through his network.
