I have never officially met Mr,. Bautista himself. However, being a native of Fresno the reason I choose to make the trip is because of the nurse practitioner named Shelly. She is very up front about her opinion and is appropriate for my age group being a 30 something . She never makes me feel as if I am being rushed, always answers my questions to the fullest and has a extremely personable attitude, as in very accepting of other cultures and family wishes.
