Rolando and his crew refinished our outdated hardwood floors and replaced the baseboards and door trim throughout my house. We went with Bautista as they had one of the most reasonable quotes out of the 7 quotes we received. Rolando was very responsive from start to finish and was happy to answer all of my questions. His crew was able provide samples of the different stains so we could pick which one we liked best. Rolando, Marcelo, and their team did an EXCELLENT job on our floors, stairs, and they even added a wall and built out a small home office in our house. We got quotes from 4 different companies, and did walkthroughs with each company and explained what we needed done and listened to their proposals. Once again, Rolando came through for us with a quality and cost effective job. We have used his services at both our personal home and rental properties. The most recent job was removing old carpeting and installing new laminate flooring and baseboards at a rental property. Rolando's crew did a great job. Rolando and his team have done countless projects over the years for me and I highly recommend them! They do high quality work, their prices are very competitive, and he shows up on time (a rarity among contractors these days). Bautista Flooring is awesome. The work shows more attention to detail and is cleaner than that of more expensive flooring providers. Rolando has been an amazing asset and I'm so grateful to have found him and his team. He's responsive, friendly, respectful and all-around wonderful to work with. I plan on calling him for all my flooring needs and have already recommended him to several others.
