These people are the worst very unprofessional don’t answer my calls and don’t return your calls either. I would give them 0 stars. We have spoken to Rosa and Leopoldo and both didn’t resolve anything and don’t know what they are doing. I will rather drive 3 hours to my tax professional and avoid this headache. These people just want to take your money and don’t care and have no integrity. I have never had such a worse experience like I did with these supposedly tax professional. Don’t go there you will thank me!

Estoy decepcionada del servicio tengo cuatro meses que realice mi trámite ITIN mis Taxes y hicieron todo mal la persona que los realizó no tenía permiso para hacerlo, los volvieron hacer y se volvieron a equivocar les llamo no me contestan no solucionan el error que realizaron , tengo cuatro meses esperando solución al error que hicieron y no son para contestarme una llamada .

I've been waiting over a month to get helped with my 2018 taxes. I was told multiple times that it would get done and that they would call on my behalf to the FTB . It has now been an additional two weeks since then, AND NOW I HAVE BEEN PENALIZED BY THE FRANCHISE TAX BOARD AGAIN, FOR NOT MAKING THE MINIMUM PAYMENT. WHEN I ALREADY ASKED FOR AN EXTENSION, THANK YOU BECAUSE I THOUGHT THIS WOULD BE HANDLED BEFOREHAND AND IT HAS NOT. AND COME TO FIND OUT THAT THEY ARE ON VACATION AND I CANNOT GET A PHONE CALL BACK.
