I went to Baut Studios in person and everyone was friendly and helpful. I explained what I needed and they were honest about possibly not being able to help me but said they would try. They also explained that it could take a few months which was fine with me. They were able to repair my damaged glass wine decanter in less than a week. I would highly recommend Baut Studios and would use them again in the future.
A note of appreciation to Susan (Artist) and Gloria (Receptionist) at The Baut Studios for their assistance in repairing my wife’s broken stained glass Blessed Mother window ornament. Susan did exceptional work in restoring the damaged ornament. I highly recommend the The Baut Studios to everyone!
We are waiting to hear back, somebody went to my Mothers house in June, July to check on a small stained glass window fix. They said they would get back 2 phone calls later Promised return phone calls which never received they say they're still working on it. Talked to Gloria on September 2 same answer we're working on it . She said your pass on the message to the president. Is still no return phone call. All we wanted was an estimate and if they can fix it. They were recommended by Handyman which did the insurance estimate

Great company crew that came to fix our church doors were extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Great company I would highly recommend.
