Service was for a home generator that had failed to start. Kevin was on time, courteous, accurate in his assessment of the issue. He saved us money when the regulator that seemed to be part of the problem proved functional and did not replace it. He did replace and install other necessary parts, tested the control system, and the generator now starts when BGE power is shut off.
The techs were on time, professional and did a complete test of the system.
Clay provided outstanding service from start to finish. He was thorough, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain exactly what the issue was, why it was happening, and what would be needed to fix it. The repair required a second visit, and he made sure I understood every step of the process.
