Been looking for someone to service my Kohler generator. One company said the motor was blown and could not work on it. I contacted Bausum and Duckett, they came out and quickly identified that the battery was dead (said a dead battery will give a lot of false diagnostic messages), they then serviced the generator and less than an hour later I was back on line. Just three days later the storm knocked out the street power for two days, B&D saved the day. Highly recommend them.

The workman has been here several times. He is a wonderful person, always comes to the door & introduces himself. He is very efficient, describes what work will be performed. He and his helper are very professional & thanks for having them as workers
Jeremy was competent, understood my problem with my exterior light and quickly figured out a fix, and accomplished it. All while involving me in the decision and choices to be made. I will certainly use this company and him again.
