My husband uses Latanoprost solution and has for a long time. Problem is with opening the bottle. The plastic wrap is hard to get off, we end up using scissors to remove. Once we get the plastic off it is impossible to unscrew the cap. We have to use pliers. It would be great if someone could look at redesigning it. He is disabled, so I'm sure others are experiencing the same dilemma.

Baush & Lomb patients assistance program is terrible. I applied for assistance on 1/12/25 and it is now 4/12/25 and have called in 5 times and still have gotten no answer. Their guidlines say 30 days.The Xifaxan after my insurance is over $800 for 14 days. It does not go generic until 2029 in the USA....meanwhile I found it in Mexico for $85. That is just WRONG and I encourage everyone to boycott B & L until they balance being profitable while taking care of patients! They are just greedy!
