We are seniors, with very limited knowledge of real estate. Rosemarie let us walk through homes which were in need of major renovations, some worse than that. She never said whether we should offer or not. She let us make that decision. She instinctively knew we would get to the right property for us. She has been so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive.
