We are seniors, with very limited knowledge of real estate. Rosemarie let us walk through homes which were in need of major renovations, some worse than that. She never said whether we should offer or not. She let us make that decision. She instinctively knew we would get to the right property for us. She has been so patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have had the great pleasure of working with Nicole, she was kind, extremely efficient, and very knowledgeable. She made all my dreams come true at a price lower than expected. Obviously, in my next adventure, I contacted her and she gave me away to achieve my goal without her helpto save me money. Unbelievable.
