Paul has been a great resource for my insurance questions. His response times have always been immediate or close to it. And when I have questions about loading claims and updates he's often takes care of that task himself.
Paul has been great to work with! He's worked with me to get my insurance rates as low as possible and made the process very easy.
Paul is the best! Whenever we have any questions or need help with anything, not just during renewal period, he is always available or responds quickly. He is very knowledgeable with insurance and helpful in explaining anything we are unsure of. He is also very kind and dependable, especially when our home was damaged by hail or our car broken into. He was there every step of the way to guide us through the process of filing a claim. He is never too busy to help us out. He is genuine, honest, and reliable.
