We bought our brand new home from Baumgarner Builders and are extremely happy! Quality built and the builder Scott is very nice responding to all calls and his follow up and professionalism is the best ! highly recommend this builder if your looking too build new !!

We've built 3 homes and Scott was far and away the best builder we've ever worked with. A real partner in the process and a creative problem solver for the inevitable issues that crop up when going through the process. Most people obsess over cost ... Scott is that rare building partner that you can be open and transparent with and he will do the same in return. You should stop your search and book a sit down with Scott asap.
