Extremely understanding, excellent customer service. We had been without heat for quite a while and we're having trouble finding someone who could help us. Brian was empathetic and got us back up and running quickly. When I had a follow up question they were quick to answer and check back in with us to ensure we weren't having any further issues.
Replaced water heater. Also fixed leak in toilet.

We had an emergency kitchen faucet issue. We attempted to repair it ourselves, but after taking it apart we realized that we needed a new faucet installed. After hours, we called Baumgardner’s Plumbing and Mechanical. I can’t begin to say enough about their customer service.
