TL; DR Dr. Susan Baumgaertel repeatedly misdiagnosed my Stage 3 cancer as menopause for over two years. For over two years, I relayed classic symptoms of thyroid cancer to Dr. Baumgaertel. At each turn, she dismissed these symptoms as menopause. She didn't even send me to an endocrinologist. It turned out to be Stage 3 Papillary Carcinoma.
