Unfortunately, this practice has no functional communication system which results in numerous management issues. In our instance, despite numerous documented communications, we were charged late cancellation fees, had numerous scheduling concerns, and multiple issues with processing payments. While I can respect the challenges of operating in an independent way in today's medical systems, the customer service and ultimate disregard of individual patient circumstances is pathetic for a mental health practice. After reading previous reviews, I see this is common practice for this company. I searched for a therapist through my insurance website and came across a therapist working for this practice. It was my understanding that the therapist was covered under my EAP program. I mentioned using EAP when making the appointment! After 4-5 sessions, the therapist informs me that billing was having an issue and I needed to submit payment to continue sessions. First time ever even hearing about a bill. We've had great experience with Kelly! Insurance is a huge pain for mental health across the board - not just at this office. Things need to change nationally and mental health needs coverage! The office worked with getting ours covered the best possible. Scheduling and communication has been first rate. Our therapist worked wonders for our family and we can't thank her enough ♥️

I'd give a this office a negative rating, if I could. I cancelled an appointment in January 2015 and was charged a "late cancel" fee. However I spoke to someone in the office and explained the therapist wasn't working for my son and we wouldn't be back. They said they would adjust the fee. Then much to my surprise, 2.5 years later I was sent to collections for a $35 fee. Collections! In a service industry, you should provide good service. This office doesn't do that.
