Awful!!!! – Bauman's has had my husband's Taurus for about 5 months now for a transmission repair that warranty has already paid for. Every week we are promised that we will have the car tomorrow, Tuesday, next Monday and each deadline rolls around with a car that hasn't seen a mechanic's hand in weeks. If you want to borrow a car for months and months or just walk everywhere, go to Bauman's. Worst repair experience I have ever encountered. If I could give Bob Bauman one star, I would. Ack.
