Had our ac die on us last week. Did everything we know to do before calling. Of course it was friday when we called so we had to wait until today which is completely fair (not emergent so didnt need immediate weekend work) they arrived this afternoon and after giving everything a once over they very quickly figured out it was a control board issue. Mark was here And he found the problem Real easy , he went to the source where he thought what it might be and he found a screw, what a different company left behind in the tap. Baumann's is a place to go and I will not get anybody else. Hats off to Baumann's and especially mark. Thank you for doing a great job
