We had a great experience with Jordie. Baumanns was communicative as we had issues during a cold snsp. Another company unfortunately did not get back to us.
Furnace quit and they called back right away and helped us troubleshoot over the phone. Didn't end up needing a housecall afterall but Kale still provided outstanding service! We will gladly call them when we do need anything HVAC related in the future. We will be recommending Baumann's going forward!

Client(me) reports an issue with the intake/exhaust for our HE Furnace. Furnace freezes every time we have strong winds. We live in AB, where its always windy. Here's where it gets interesting: Our furnace turns into an ice block anytime we have heavy winds. Like a literal ice block on the inside of it because they installed a straight intake pipe facing N on a rural property with nothing around it. So I call, usually they are very helpful.
