Dallas fixed my toilet REALLY FAST. It made horrendous sounds and wouldn’t stop running water, among other things. I girl-fixed it to the best of my abilities. He accidentally took my pliers.. and then he returned them on my doorknob when I was out. Super cool of you 10/10 would recommend.

I used them for a furnace inspection and tune up. The tech arrived on time and was very proffessional. When he left, he explained what he had done and that there was no issues with the furnace. I asked if i could get the copy of the report, a sticker to say the furnace was inspected, and how i qould be paying for the work. I was told i would be emailed a copy of the report and invoice within 24hrs. And that he did not have a stticker to provide to say the furnace was inspected that date. Terrible experience with warranty on Carrier (brand they use.) Furnace died dangerously after only 9 years. Offered to wait 7+ weeks for warranty replaced parts OR fly them in for $$$ OR replace entirely. Went ahead and replaced with another company.
