Furnace quit and they called back right away and helped us troubleshoot over the phone. Didn't end up needing a housecall afterall but Kale still provided outstanding service! We will gladly call them when we do need anything HVAC related in the future. We will be recommending Baumann's going forward!

Client(me) reports an issue with the intake/exhaust for our HE Furnace. Furnace freezes every time we have strong winds. We live in AB, where its always windy. Here's where it gets interesting: Our furnace turns into an ice block anytime we have heavy winds. Called in for my furnace not working and the response time was amazing! Kale did very quick work diagnosing what was wrong and fixing it just as quick. Could not be happier with the whole process of Baumann’s!
