Fantastic experience. Windows look beautiful and the arched doorway was a great add-on. We have a few little places in Lakewood we do AirBnB and Tom really made them pop. He came in did the work and it was solid. The new windows are amazing. Such a refreshing change to these old places.
Tom installed an egress window in the basement of my townhouse. The approval process was tedious because I needed approval from my HOA. My HOA required a letter from a structural engineer. Once my HOA signed off on the project, we had to get a building permit and have 2 inspections. Tom handled each step of the process with professionalism and as quickly as possible. I called Tom For the second time for a window replacement because they did such a great job the first time. He returned my call within an hour, came out and gave me a very fair quote. He correctly estimated when the window would be available and they installed the window when they said they would. It looks great- they left no messes for us to clean up afterward. I recommend them highly if you’re looking for great service done well.
