It’s a very nice place?
Last year I bought a house with a pool for the first time. I kept using Baumann for the last service and closing because they had been servicing it for the previous owner. I didn't know what to expect for charges never having owned a pool before. I asked them to close the pool and got a bill for $833 for the closing. I didn't know better until recently. I paid the bill but will not use them again.
