Dropped the car off at 9 am for an APPOINTMENT. Factory recall fix. Specifically asked and was told it would take about 2 hours. Called at noon, not ready but they tried to sell repairs to other stuff for $1100. No. Called them again at 4, it's almost done. We had to keep calling them. Got the car back at 5 as they were closing. Terrible customer service.
