Loved working with this builder! We purchased our house before construction was completed and they were great with communication! Any time we had questions about timelines or design, they responded within 24 hours. They set up a new build orientation with a project manager when the house was completed so we we fully informed of everything about the house. My Home has Poor Quality Construction, facing lot of issues(Roof Leakage, Flooring repairs, AC issue, Hot water issue, repeated Fans Remote issue) in 1 year warranty period. Will not work with Bauman & Crosno in Future home needs!
