As a real estate professional, I’ve rarely had an inspector say he could not find anything to put on the inspection report of a house. But that has happened with Baumann & Crosno homes and I could not be more impressed with their attention to detail. There’s been other agents at my brokerage who have the same experience with different inspectors not being able to find anything to report and say it’s best new construction home they have inspected. 5 stars all day
We were so impressed with the home built by Baumann & Crosno! The quality and attention to detail were outstanding, and you can really tell how much pride they take in their work. Everything from the finishes to the layout was thoughtfully done and beautifully executed. Erin was absolutely wonderful to work with. Loved working with this builder! We purchased our house before construction was completed and they were great with communication! Any time we had questions about timelines or design, they responded within 24 hours. They set up a new build orientation with a project manager when the house was completed so we we fully informed of everything about the house.
