Still Disappointed, Still No Answers I posted this review about two years ago and wanted to clean it up a bit. What is the reason a mechanic shop wouldn't want to give you an itemized receipt of all the work they did, or the full diagnostics, or every test related to the work? I actually asked for one...no luck. Just a partial receipt. This was the shop that charged me about $100 to change a clogged air filter, clean the throttle, and "have a look-see" to let me know what diagnostics or jobs or parts might be needed. After doing business with Batman’s Auto, I won’t go searching for a better place to take my vehicle… I found the Best Place. Friendly, knowledgeable, high quality and reasonable prices make this the place to go when you need excellent auto service.
This was my go-to place. Everything had gone downhill since Brad was gone. The new desk guy is rude and condescending. I tried to up sell me on things not needed. They've run off good workers. You have forgotten what made you good. Not hassle for profits but being reliable steady and trustworthy like family. It's just another good business lost to greed
Super honest people! Honest assessment--I definately have found my new repair shop! UPDATE: The above 5 star review was written about 5 years ago. Now I have more car trouble and take it back in to find that super honest part has left the building. First of all, I saw they charged me an extra hundred above the part price I got from Autozone.
