I had a dead battery at the Airport across the street. Bauhmann sent two men over to jump and follow me back to the dealership. It was determined that I needed a new alternator, but I was in a rush trying to make a funeral in Cuyahoga Falls. Without hesitation they offered me a car, told me not to worry about my truck, and had me on my way in 15 minutes.
