Dr Baum has been my Dr for at least 39 yrs or more he is knowledgeable caring and very thorough if he has any doubt at all he will send you to e specialist who he handpicks if you want to pick your own specialist he has no problem referring you he is just as caring and professional today as he was at the beginning I would highly recommend him as being one of the best family doctors around
You can never get ahold someone from the reception for appointment. This is soooo annoying
Absolutely impossible to speak with reception. Recieved a voicemail about 11:55am with partial ultrasound results and asking me to give them a call back for more information before 12:00 noon or between 2 and 4pm. I literally called them 102 times from 2:50 and 4pm. I felt like I was trying to win money or tickets from a radio station as it went to voicemail after a maximum of 2 rings. My family has been going to Dr Baum for almost 40 years. He is amazing! Very busy but worth the wait
