If I could leave 0 stars I would 100x over. This is the absolute WORST rental company there is. They trash their tenants units by accessing them with their keys and lying about it. Had to file a police report on property manager AMY TOLAND for unlawfully entering and criminally damaging my property. Now I am suing her in court for the damages and my deposit back. Slumlord in Kankakee Illinois. If I could give them a lower rating, I would. There were THIRTEEN raccoons AND two opossums living inside the walls of her house. Nothing was done about it until I paid to have them exterminated. They still haven't paid me. She has no heat in her house, and they haven't fixed it. The city of kankakee is corrupt and not doing anything about it.
