Deena Zimmerman has such a positive attitude and is a true dealmaker. We are currently working with her on Fox Tail Coffee, and I can’t think of a broker who puts her clients’ interests ahead of her own more consistently than Deena. If I could leave 0 stars I would 100x over. This is the absolute WORST rental company there is. They trash their tenants units by accessing them with their keys and lying about it. Had to file a police report on property manager AMY TOLAND for unlawfully entering and criminally damaging my property. Now I am suing her in court for the damages and my deposit back. Adam Baumgartner is absolute the lowest of trash. He sues his own employees then lets them trash tenants units and files eviction. STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANYTHING BAUM ... read more
