Slumlord in Kankakee Illinois. If I could give them a lower rating, I would. There were THIRTEEN raccoons AND two opossums living inside the walls of her house. Nothing was done about it until I paid to have them exterminated. They still haven't paid me. She has no heat in her house, and they haven't fixed it. The city of kankakee is corrupt and not doing anything about it.
The Sandwiches used to be better.
