Henry (the plumber who came out) was so nice and kind and reassuring. He was an excellent communicator and kept me updated at each step of the repair process. I had an excellent experience. Would highly recommend.
I was working on replacing a soap wand at a truck wash. Our plastic wand threads kept breaking. I went in asking questions, and left with solutions. Julie took the reigns and Henry came in with the follow-through and labor. This was my first experience with this company and I'm confident it won't be the last! While I was there I noted they won an award for Stark County's best plumber in 2024. Thank you, Baum!
We had Baum out to check out our water heater and found we not only needed a water heater due to bad water but also added a water treatment system to save any further damage from bad water. Our water tastes so much better now.
