Went in for a slight case of propecia, was given a script that helped me with that, and was grateful for having to had stopped in there. Everyone was just so wonderful, I would recommend that office to anyone who would need to see anyone there.
This place is atrocious and have absolutely no manner or communication. They put a heart monitor on me for non emergency monitoring for a week then I received a $400 bill from a the monitor company. I called the office to question why was I not told about the billing/cost before hand and their office manager Jocelyn’s response is “you should have asked these questions before getting the procedure done and asked how much it would cost when you were in the office” when I said “I can’t ask question I don’t know to ask” Jocelyn ... read more
The office staff member woman I spoke to at 9AM on 8/3 is completely inept and her job. She argued with me over what symptoms I have and stated I had and then tried to schedule me a televise after telling her I didn’t want a television. No longer returning here.
I've been a patient of Dr. Baum's for over 30 years. Very satisfied with the service he provides and his staff is excellent as well.
Absolutely terrible! Got billed for "counseling" when I never asked to be told "things get better" In person wait time often averages an hour over but has in fact gone to 2.5-3 hours past scheduled time. Receptionists are kind though Dr said: if finances are stressing you, find a better job. I have been getting interviews for new jobs and cannot schedule a physical+blood work right now. So they are holding my Rx (and therefor my mental/physical health) hostage. 0/1000, one star is too much. Bother Dr Baum and the other lady ... read more
