I am so happy to have found Baum 5 Healthcare for my IV Infusions. All of the staff there were friendly, professional, and very efficient. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend.
I’m deeply concerned about the lack of professionalism and disregard for patient privacy at this healthcare facility. During my recent visit, I witnessed front desk staff loudly discussing patients’ medical information across the waiting room. Not only is this incredibly disrespectful, but it’s also a blatant violation of HIPAA laws. Patients should feel safe and secure knowing their personal health information is kept confidential.
