Just had a very poor experience with this vet practice - again! My daughter just went there with a very sick bunny. Reception staff were initially quite happy to help. They asked if we were existing customers - we said yes. Receptionist went away and came back stating they couldn't assist - instead stating we needed to find an "exotic animal" hospital. I met Dr Lindsay Hay today after dropping in a bird that was near our house.You can see his love for animals I would highly recommend him, we need more people like this today.They offer a wonderful service which is hard to find these days.💯

We had to put our beloved dog Coco down yesterday. Dr Gunilla and the team were amazing!! They made a such a sad day bearable. Very informative, talked us through what to expect, showed such compassion.
