We had been taking our cat to Baulkham Hills Veterinary Hospital for around two years. Around three months ago, when she suddenly lost her vision, the vet diagnosed retinal detachment and suspected high blood pressure, but her blood pressure was not checked. We were referred to a specialist and saw them two days later. We feel that checking her blood pressure and, if indicated, starting appropriate treatment during those two days may have helped reduce the risk of further damage to her eyes. Our family dog was attacked at a dog park and was bleeding from multiple bite marks, we were told by a family friend that the Balkan Hills vet was very good and professional. we arrived when the vet opened at 9am, the vet and receptionist were very rude and not sympathetic at all. As our dog was bleeding on the floor the vet told us to fill out details of our dog and that it was a 30 min wait even though the vet was empty. A genuinely horrible experience.
Very helpful staff who care for all animals
The Staff, Vets are very helpful. Dr. Ryan is very helpful, I love asking him questions re: with Beaglecious, Abby and Bentley, with any medications and he always have answers for me.
Dr Lucy was so lovely and kind and made us feel so comfortable
