Als Touristin auf der Durchreise mit einer akuten schwereren Infektion stellte ich mich spontan und ohne Voranmeldung vor und wurde netterweise unkompliziert und mit einer kurzen Wartezeit von 10 Minuten einer Ärztin vorgestellt, die mir ein Rezept für ein Medikament ausstellte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und ich war sehr dankbar über die schnelle Behandlung. Jederzeit wieder!

I booked a Telehealth appointment as I could not find an available face to face appointment in the near future. I received a phone call about 15 minutes later from Anj Palmer allotting me a face to face later the same day. Great service. Thank you for your follow up.
So, usually, I get a reminder text from the clinic the day beforethe appointment. But this time, I got nothing! Next thing I know, I receive a text saying we missed the appointment. I called them up to explain that we didn’t even know there was an appointment scheduled because we never got any notifications. The lady Anjali Palmer was incredibly rude and blamed everything on me.
