Useless services. I booked vaccinations for my 1.5 years old son, first they give late appointment (Scheduled one month later), then the doctor said, we will do catchup vaccination and we will inform you. I sent many emails to them and in last the doctor said, goto Nurse. They also charged me $100 for nothing. Bupa give me only $45 back. Overpriced, Not providing professional services as per patient needs I wish I could give ZERO Star

Als Touristin auf der Durchreise mit einer akuten schwereren Infektion stellte ich mich spontan und ohne Voranmeldung vor und wurde netterweise unkompliziert und mit einer kurzen Wartezeit von 10 Minuten einer Ärztin vorgestellt, die mir ein Rezept für ein Medikament ausstellte. Die Mitarbeiterinnen an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und ich war sehr dankbar über die schnelle Behandlung. Jederzeit wieder!

I booked a Telehealth appointment as I could not find an available face to face appointment in the near future. I received a phone call about 15 minutes later from Anj Palmer allotting me a face to face later the same day. Great service. Thank you for your follow up.
