If you're thinking about dealing with these people, run, run as fast as you can, do not listen to their bullshit. They will feed you a bunch of lies about contractor selection, they do not perform, there are constant delays, always excuses, terrible communication and awful scheduling. I would recommend that you find any other manufactured home dealer out there. They have been terrible from beginning to end.
