Messed my teeth up a few years back
Dr. Baugh is amazing..She is gentle and accommodating. Her staff is as great as she is.
I contacted Dr. Baugh office after being in pain for several days. Thankfully I was told I could be seen the same day and to come on in. The staff was very pleasant and the tech who took my xrays was very courteous and explained everything to me. I felt very comfortable and at ease. I appreciate Dr. Baugh explaining to me the work I needed and my options. She was caring and attentive . I will be returning soon to complete dental work that is needed. The doctor is phenomenal and a master in her field. However, her support staff (Receptionist) are incompetent, dismissive, demeaning and lack the ability to provide an exceptional patience experience. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. It’s a shame that a selected few can ruin such a great doctor’s reputation.
