Lied to and delayed for weeks! They told me my truck was apart and when I stopped by I saw them speeding it across the back lot from where it hadn't moved for 2 weeks. Never again.
Baugh Auto Body did incredible work on my car. They were timely, detailed my car after they replaced my trunk and rear bumper. I was pleasantly surprised and really made my day. Quicker than expected as well. Highly recommended!
Anyone who hasn't worked in the auto insurance and repair industry shouldn't be allowed to write reviews on body shops, you people honestly have no idea what you're talking about. The shop has your best interests in mind, and is only trying to repair your vehicle correctly and as quickly as possible. If you honestly think the insurance company is honest and cares about you then you are blind as well as dumb, 80% of what insurance companies get away with should be criminal.
