Update as of 4/22/2025 The cabinets I ordered finally arrived and were installed on January 13, 2025. Despite a few minor hiccups during the final installation, I’m relieved to see this project winding down. I hope I never have to endure such hassle again - and next time, I’ll scrutinize the contract more closely, especially the clauses on delays and responsibilities, before signing. --------------- Update as of 9/29/2024 It's been over three months since my initial review, and the remodeling project is still ongoing. Update as of 9/29/2024 It's been over three months since my initial review, and the remodeling project is still ongoing. The newly ordered cabinets have yet to be delivered, and I am still waiting for an estimated delivery date, which I hope to receive sometime this week. However, there's still no confirmed work schedule in place. On the bright side, Bauformat has improved their communication since my original review. In addition, I've had ongoing issues with the refrigerator Bauformat recommended, a Liebherr model. To be fa... read more

I usually don't write reviews, but after reading the reviews below, it seems I'm not the only one who had this experience, so I want to share mine. I first contacted Bauformat for kitchen remodeling last February 2023 after seeing their pictures online, and I signed the contract in April 2023 after receiving the design. However, the actual order for cabinet production was placed in July 2023, and the cabinets produced in Germany were delivered in December 2023. The folks at Bauformat are exceptional--in customer service, the quality of the product, and the ease of the experience of working with them from beginning to end. We are very pleased with the new look of our kitchen and wouldn't hesitate for a second to work with Bauformat again, or to recommend them to family and friends.
