Family owned with great customer service. Nancy and her brothers helped me choose my newest living room flooring. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Their selection of flooring is quite impressive too. I took probably 50 different large samples home before deciding on my final type. Also, compared to the big box stores, the Bauer's prices are just as reasonable.
