They have people in management positions that should not have any sort of title, little own any type of authority. I can't even imagine how they were able to keep their job for any amount of time seeing that they had no knowledge of the department they were running and no desire to learn anything about it either.
Horrible place to work unless you like standing around sweeping for months on end while dealing inconsiderate management that's running the company into the ground.
fantastic shipping and receiving dept
Bauer is a great place to learn. worked here for 13 years and it was not all easy, but the management did try their best to make sure you had everything you needed to complete the job, with quality and on time. There is a lot of knowledge in that building. And the production team gets the job done. I highly recommend Bauer for your tubing and weldment needs.
