Bauer's Dam is a family-friendly bar/grill and resort located on Lower Buckatabon lake in Conover Wisconsin. We have four beautiful lake homes for rent including two 2bd/1ba, a 3bd/2ba and a 5bd/2ba all located right on the lake. We have a full liquor bar. This is a review for the restaurant. We (my family and I) come to Bauer's Dam restaurant every summer when we come up to our cabin. It has always been a pleasant experience and we never had any problems. Sadly, this is the last time we will be coming to Bauer's Dam. I called the restaurant to order food to pick up. The person who answered the phone said that I could just come to the restaurant and order the food to take home when I got there. The food was good wish they had triangle pizza, and when I stood up people looked at me weird I’m not sure why but it made me uncomfortable, and the cookie was a little stale. Wish there was a Costco across the street.
Great Milwaukee style pizza, ultra thin crust with great sausage. Homemade soups. Nice outdoor seating too
One of my most favorite intimate places to stop for some great food and a relaxing break from the trails (both UTV and sled). We will never miss an opportunity to swing by for a bowl of soup or the chicken pot pie. Great family run place. Thanks for all you do!
